Description
- Designing and managing the recruitment process from posting job vacancies, document selection, interviews, to notifying successful candidates.
- Managing the LinkedIn account for Somestory Podcast and the Instagram account for Somestory Life as part of the employer branding strategy in alignment with the vision and mission.
- Creating and designing engaging content on LinkedIn and Instagram to strengthen the branding of Somestory Podcast.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with potential candidates through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Compiling and managing a database of candidates and Somestory Podcast members to ensure data is well stored and easily accessible.
Requirements
- Preferably from a background in Psychology, Management, or Communication; however, applicants from other relevant disciplines are still encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (particularly Ms. Word and Ms. Excel).
- Experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition will be an advantage, especially if involved in recruitment processes, selection, or branding.
- Able to operate LinkedIn and possess a basic understanding of employer branding on social media.
- Well-versed in the recruitment and selection process, from identifying needs to final evaluation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with analytical abilities to objectively assess candidates' qualifications.
