Description

  • Manage incoming reservations and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth booking processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and cancellations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Assist in managing online reservation systems.
  • Prepare reports on reservation trends and occupancy rates.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills.
