- coordinating and optimizing front- and back-of-house restaurant operations.
- controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency.
- weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting.
- general administration.
- taking reservations.
- troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course. with at least 2 to 3 years Restaurant Manager work related experience.
- With 2-3 years experience as Shift Manager/Restaurant Manager.
