Description
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and budgets.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase business.
- Train, mentor, and schedule staff effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong operations and inventory management skills, proficiency in computer software, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, may require weekend and evening shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for the food service industry.
