Description
- Manage and supervise daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance targets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Prepare and analyze reports on branch performance and present findings to senior management.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and expenses to maintain profitability.
- Coordinate with other departments to support overall company objectives.
- Facilitate training and development programs for branch staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of HRM or a business-related course
- At least 3 years' experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
- Results-driven, organized, and self-motivated
