The Junior Supervisor supports daily restaurant operations by assisting in staff coordination, customer service, inventory monitoring, and compliance with company standards. This role is ideal for individuals with leadership potential who are ready to grow within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance during shifts
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Support inventory checks and coordinate with kitchen and service teams
• Help implement promotional activities and upselling strategies
• Prepare shift reports and assist in scheduling staff
• Enforce company policies and ensure team compliance

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in food service or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
• Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college-level hospitality training is a plus
