Sucree Coco and Love, Inc. / IDIM DIY Bakery is an international bakery that provides quality service and experience for our aspiring bakers and pastries enthusiasts. The company, which is the first of its own and originated in Taiwan, was established here in the Philippines in 2019.


The Store Supervisors are responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store. She/He orchestrates and engages the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. People Management and Training

  • Manages the development of the store team and ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Plans out and manages employees’ activities and schedules in relation to the needs of the operations.

 

2. Sales and Customer Satisfaction

  • Ensure that the Sales Target for the month is reached • Prepare Sales Presentation for the store’s sales

 

3. Inventory Management

  • Minimizes loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followed
  • Verifies accuracy of inventory of stocks

 

4. Store Management and Compliance

  • Ensures that all store concerns are raised to respective departments
  • Provides suggestions and ideas on ways to improve systems and processes
  • Oversees and complies with all government statutory requirements

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, any business course or equivalent
  • With at least 3 years of proven experience in Supervisory in F&B or Retail Management, and Store Operations.
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
  • Team player
  • Has a strong leadership and maturity to lead the team
