Description

  • Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
  • Maintain quality control for all food served
  • Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
  • Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
  • Ensures preventive maintenance program for all store equipment are conducted.
  • Generates the target revenues and maintain agreed cost levels.
  • Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
  • Prepares manpower schedule.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
  • Attend quarterly P&L meetings
  • Prepares and submits required store reports.
  • Approves and forwards requests for replenishment of raw materials, products, and store supplies.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management any related/ equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
  • At least 2 years experience as a supervisor
  • Ability to use restaurant management software
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Very confident in dealing with people.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Decisive and critical thinker
  • Willing to be assigned in NORTH VERTIS, QUEZON CITY
