Job Description

  • Developing and refining new products, recipes, and menu items based on market demand and strategic goals
  • Providing technical input and resolving issues during the development and production process
  • Leading the entire product development cycle, from initial concept to final commercial launch
  • Accurately calculating food costs for new products
  • Maintaining food safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards throughout the development process
  • Analyzing consumer trends to identify opportunities and using data to inform product development decisions
  • Ensure all activities, from customer service to food preparation, run smoothly and efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints to guarantee a positive take-out experience
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and analyze sales performance to optimize profitability
  • Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
  • Lead a team and communicate effectively with staff
