Meet monthly personal sales targets
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to evaluate customers' skills, needs, and build productive long-lasting relationships
Attend meetings and product trainings conducted by Tenbuild and MC Home Depot to keep abreast of the latest developments
Submission of daily and monthly report
Request for stock replenishment, in charge of securing permit, barcode labelling, and other administrative tasks
Check daily inventory, ensuring that the stocks are in good condition at all times, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of items both on display and in the stockroom
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring thorough product knowledge and provide technical assistance to the customer as needed
Ensure that all customer queries are well handled
Maintain rapport with superior and other store personnel
Manage all customer concerns and objections so that they can be converted into sales
Adherence to policies and procedures of both Tenbuild and MC Home Depot
Any other related task assigned by the management

College level or at least high school graduate
Preferably with working experience as merchandiser
Experience in retail, construction, modular industry would be an advantage
Ability to communicate and promote products to customers
Able to work independently and ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Outstanding customer service skills and strong relationship-building skills
Good communication skill, written and oral
Good presentation skills

Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
Willing to be a roving reliever
Ability to work overtime during regular days and holidays when required
