Description
- Welcoming customers, assisting them with purchases, answering product-related questions, and resolving complaints.
- Actively drive sales by cross-selling products, informing customers about promotions, and encouraging them to sign up for loyalty programs.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment.
Requirements
- At least a high school graduate
- With good communication skills both oral and written
- Pleasing personality, good physique, and excellent interpersonal skills
