- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills required.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, detail-oriented, and team player.
