• Monitor the deposit, trading, and withdrawal processes of exchange users in real time, identifying unusual capital flows.

• Process user withdrawal requests, checking for compliance with exchange policies and anti-money laundering regulations.

• Conduct reviews on large, cross-border, and unusually frequent transactions to prevent money laundering or fraudulent activities.

2. Risk Control Monitoring and Investigation

• Monitor account trading patterns and analyze suspicious user behaviors, such as arbitrage, money laundering, and fund mixing.

• Utilize data analysis tools to identify unusual transactions and promptly implement risk control measures (such as account freezing and risk interception).

(1) Education and Experience

 • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, law, computer science, information security, or related fields.

 • 1-3 years of experience in risk control at financial institutions or cryptocurrency exchanges.

 • Experience in transaction review, anti-fraud, fund monitoring, and AML/CTF (Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing) is preferred.

(2) Professional Skills

 • Familiar with the business model of cryptocurrency exchanges; understand the characteristics of blockchain asset trading and fund flow.

 • Possess risk identification and analysis abilities; capable of detecting abnormal trading behaviors through data analysis.

 • Understanding of KYC/AML compliance policies; familiar with international financial regulatory requirements (FATF, OFAC, Hong Kong SFC, etc.).

 • Experience using data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python, etc.) for transaction behavior analysis is preferred.

(3) Soft Skills

 • Strong sense of responsibility, able to make quick judgments and decisions in high-pressure environments.

 • Good communication skills, able to coordinate with different departments to address risk control issues.

 • Attentive, patient, with strong risk awareness and analytical capabilities.

 • Familiar with blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan, BTC Explorer) and able to track on-chain fund flows.

 • Willingness to accept shift work (some positions require 24-hour risk control monitoring).
