Job Description
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure all amenities and supplies are stocked and arranged.
- Report any maintenance issues to management.
- Adhere to company cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, friendly, and a team player with a passion for hospitality.
