Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, building long-term relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base
- Understand clients’ needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions to meet their goals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates and reports to clients
- Handle client inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Computer Literate
- Willing to be trained
- Must exhibit excellent emotional intelligence
- Must be of good moral character
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
