Job Description
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling and networking.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals to meet client needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance service offerings.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work; fast-paced and target-driven.
