Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for supporting basic client services and managing low-complexity accounts, typically characterized by 0-100 transactions per year. These transactions may include air travel, hotel bookings, and visa arrangements, though the role focuses primarily on program management rather than direct transaction handling. This position plays a key role in overseeing the execution of basic program tasks, ensuring that service levels are met, and account activities are aligned with company standards.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Program Management and Client Support

  • Provide support for basic client services by managing low-complexity accounts involving minimal transactions such as air travel, hotel bookings, and visa arrangements.
  • Execute basic program tasks under the supervision of the team lead or supervisor, ensuring that SLAs are met (tasks completed within four hours).
  • Provide program execution support, ensuring all aspects of the program are carried out in accordance with client needs and internal guidelines.


2. Transaction Support and Escalations

  • Assist in transaction-related activities, particularly in hotel and visa coordination, though not directly handling transactions.
  • Monitor transaction status, track any issues or delays, and escalate concerns to the appropriate higher-level personnel as needed.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of issues related to account management, helping to ensure that program execution aligns with client expectations.


3. Account and Program Oversight

  • Oversee the implementation and execution of programs to ensure client requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the service agreement.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, SLAs, and client-specific guidelines.
  • Participate in the program approval process as directed by the team lead or supervisor, ensuring all client needs are appropriately addressed.


4. Training and Development

  • Acquire hands-on experience and training in program management and client service to build capability for future roles in account management.
  • Continuously enhance program management skills through exposure to different account types and program activities.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in program or project management
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong client relations and customer service skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Skills and Competencies: Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Understanding and ensuring SLA compliance
