Description
- Develop and manage client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, results-driven, adaptable, and strong problem-solving abilities.
