Job Description

  • Receives and process orders efficiently
  • Prepares and issue accurate sales transaction invoices
  • Maintains and update sales monitoring reports.
  • Compiles comprehensive monthly sales reports
  • Address customer issues and concerns
  • Prepares job sheet
  • Provides administrative support to the sales department as needed.


  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar 
  • Good typing skills (at least 50 WPM with 95% accuracy)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Advanced knowledge in administrative recordkeeping
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, particularly, word, excel and outlook
