Your Role as Real Estate Sales and Marketing Associate

You’ll be the driving force behind property visibility—transforming listings into compelling marketing campaigns that connect buyers, tenants, and landlords in a competitive real estate market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Property Marketing Mastery
  • Craft winning listing submissions for sales, leases, and property management
  • Design eye-catching materials (brochures, signboards, digital ads) using Canva
  • Execute targeted email blasts to showcase new/leased properties
  • Systems & Operations
  • Maintain flawless property data in VAULT (sales/leasing management system)
  • Generate weekly campaign reports with performance metrics
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Stakeholder Support
  • Serve as liaison between sales teams, landlords, and clients
  • Provide landlords with timely updates and documentation


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in real estate marketing or admin (preferred)
  • Canva proficiency (portfolio requested)
  • VAULT/CRM experience (a plus)
  • Basic graphic design principles
  • Detail-obsessed with flawless execution
  • Deadline-driven multitasker
  • Clear communicator (written/verbal)
