Description
- Follow proper work ethics especially on attendance, proper uniform and teamwork
- Conduct monthly canvass drive cascade for the distributor and merchandiser /coordinator in the assigned area.
- Lead the cascade together with the operational manager
- Leads the deployment of merchandising materials and other items needed in the trade
- Leads the audit and inventory and tracking of merchandising materials and assets deployment
- Prepare and check progress of execution through weekly scorecards.
- Coordinate with sales on execution gaps and get sales commitments on execution of programs
Requirements
- Maintain good and professional relationship with co-employees
- Follow proper work ethics on attendance, proper uniform and teamwork
- With knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel)
- Fast learner
- Pleasant attitude
- Computer Literate (basic shortcut)
