Description
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Create engaging marketing materials and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive messaging.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, sales support, sales training, sales management, effective communication, customer relationship management, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional fieldwork and client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.
