Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understands communication strategies and contributes innovative ideas for tactical marketign campaigns
• Prepares and presents marketing and promotional proposals to the Business Development and Marketing Team
• Coordinates regularly with Area Sales Managers to ensure the aligned efforts
• Champions Brand Development and Marketing goals across all Dermclinic branches
• Spearheads, submits, and consolidates marketing and sales reports
• Collaborates with mall marketing representatives to ensure strong mall visibility
• Oversees marketing production timelines and provides timely progres reports
• Monitors clinic participation in marketing campaigns and activations
• Maintains brand consistency in on-ground executions by managing and monitoring marketing collaterals
• Ensures brand identity is cohesive across all platforms—digital, print, and in-clinic touchpoints
• Represents the Marketing Team in meetings, events, and key discussions
• Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional team settings
• Writes and proofreads compelling, clear, and concise copy for campaign materials, decks, and other content as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales or Marketing Officer, or in a similar role
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience in online, offline, and print is beneficial
• Proficiency in Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Excellent time-management skills, ensuring efficient handling of tasks and projects within designated deadlines
