Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Executive (Finished Dosage Form & API) located in Metro Manila.

Main responsibility:

• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients and business partners in the Philippines, mainly pharmaceutical distributors, hospitals, doctors.
• Promote and introduce finished pharmaceutical products and APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients) to the target customers.
• Execute market research and analysis to assess trends, brand recognition, and competitor ventures to come up with marketing programs for achieving business goals.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and explore business opportunities.
• Complete and submit reports on regular basic as timelines.
• Achieve target set up as per KPIs which decide by time to time.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Strategy, Sales Planning, and Account Management
• Strong customer relationship management and client acquisition skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), and finished dosage forms
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including market analysis and data interpretation
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
