The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves planning and executing marketing strategies, identifying business opportunities, and meeting sales targets to ensure company growth and profitability.

Sales Duties:

• Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitors.

Marketing Duties:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage social media accounts, advertisements, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with creative teams to produce marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and online content.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance and sales results.
• Assist in organizing events, exhibits, and other marketing-related activities.
• Prepare marketing reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in digital marketing and social media management is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office and other marketing tools.
