• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in business to business marketing, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Flexible to do works on-site and off-site including site visits.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with specifiers (architects, engineers, and designers).
• Conducts product presentations and technical discussions with prospects to promote Dwightsteel products.
• Monitors ongoing projects and identify new opportunities for specification inclusion.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and project leads.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns aimed at specifier audiences.
• Attend to industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to represent the company.
• Provide regular reports and updates on specifier engagement and project status.
