- Approach and negotiate with Big Marts and Supermarkets for product placement
- Build and Maintain strong relationships with small retailers and ensure consistent orders
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns
- Manage product display and ensure stock availability
- Persistent and confident in approaching retailers and supermarket buyers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Prior experience in FMCG sales, retail distribution is not compulsory but an advantage
- Ability to work independently with results-driven mindset
