Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Incentive Program Management
  • Projects and Consultation
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Administrative Tasks


Qualifications:

Min 5+ experience working in Sales role within healthcare preferable. Analytical thinking (sales analytics preferable) and system coordinator experience required.


Analytical mindset & attention to detail

  • The ability to understand and work with complex numerical models. The ability to apply practical rules and policies to models in order to correctly calculate commissions.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy in all calculations

Compliance Leadership

  • The ability to approach all challengers and tasks from a compliance perspective.
  • To ensure that compliance standards are maintained and to actively challenge and escalate any observed or proposed breaches to compliance standards to the appropriate level.

Sense of Urgency

  • Proactively senses and responds to problems and opportunities; works to reduce “cycle” time; takes action when needed

Integrity and Credo-based Actions

  • Builds trust; tells the truth; initiates transparency into problems; demonstrates genuine caring for people

Advanced Excel & Data-warehouse skills

  • The ability to accurately and expertly utilize Excel for incentives management and the ability to navigate and maintain tables with DW

Work Schedule: 6/7am- 3/4pm PH Time

Work Set-up: Hybrid, Paranaque City
