- Sales and Support: Understanding customer needs, recommending products, and explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Documentation: Creating detailed reports, proposals, and handling administrative tasks like data entry and billing.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Organization: Maintaining and organizing all related files and documentation.
- Must be a Graduate of any Four (4) year business related course
- At least one-year experience in the field of sales
- Basic skills in Computer literacy e.g. Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Satisfactory in both written and oral Communication skills
- Open to fresh graduates
- With Pleasing Personality
