MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate removal and storage solutions

• Handling high volume internal sales leads

• Provide accurate quotes and detailed information about our services

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Sales support to our nationwide external sales consultants

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years high volume inbound/outbound phone sales experience

• Customer centric attitude with high sales acumen

• Solution focused with the ability to think on your feet

• High attention to detail and administrative skills

• Experience using CRM systems

• Strong computer and technical skills with various software (booking system and CRM)

PERFORMANCE GOALS:

• Meet all assigned targets and KPI’s consistently

• Maintain professionalism with customers and fellow staff

• Complete all administrative tasks on time and with high accuracy and detail
