Role: Outbound Sales Consultant

Work Set up: Permanent Remote Work

Up to 40K basic plus more than Php100K bonus when you hit your targets!

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting & Lead Engagement

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential partners

• Sales & Relationship Building

• Clearly communicate the value proposition

• Build rapport with hosts and help address objections or questions in a consultative, friendly manner

• Pipeline Management & Reporting

• Manage daily activity targets, conversion goals, and outreach metrics

• Collaborate with internal operations and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding transitions

• Provide ongoing feedback from the field to improve outreach strategy and messaging

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or account development (BPO or VA in Real Estate is strongly preferred

• Exceptional spoken and written English; comfortable holding persuasive conversations over the phone

• Proven ability to meet or exceed outreach and conversion targets

• Organized, disciplined, and self-motivated with strong time management skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and Google Workspace
