Description
- Coordinate and support the daily operations of the sales team.
- Prepare and process sales orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and order status.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Communicate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Track inventory levels.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, with at least 1–3 years preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
