Through tailored sales playbooks, hands-on coaching, and strategic hiring support, they empower founders and sales leaders to drive consistent revenue growth. Their mission is to transform underperforming sales functions into predictable, repeatable engines of business success.


On behalf of our client, we are seeking a goal-driven Outbound SDR – Discovery Call Setter (Hunter Role) to join their team. In this role, you will execute high-volume outbound outreach to a pre-qualified lead list to book qualified Discovery Calls for the sales team. You won’t be sourcing your own leads — instead, your primary focus will be consistent, structured outreach using proven tools, messaging frameworks, and optimized workflows.

This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on outreach, repetition, and performance. The ideal candidate is task-oriented, driven by KPIs, and gets energized by consistent execution and measurable results. Key Responsibilities


Outbound Execution

  • Execute high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to a provided lead list
  • Book 2–3+ qualified Discovery Calls per day based on provided criteria
  • Use pre-built messaging, CRM, and sales engagement tools to manage sequences
  • Maintain clean and accurate activity records in CRM systems
  • Communicate the value proposition clearly and succinctly in the first contact


Daily KPI Tracking

  • Consistently hit daily outbound volume targets (calls, emails, etc.)
  • Track and report on performance metrics (calls made, emails sent, meetings booked)
  • Optimize outreach tactics based on data and results
  • Deliver weekly updates and reports to the sales team
  • Team Collaboration
  • Ensure smooth handoff and calendar scheduling for booked meetings
  • Proactively share insights on lead quality and conversion trends
  • Participate in performance reviews and contribute to ongoing team improvements

Working Hours:

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound SDR, cold calling, or appointment setting
  • Highly organized, task-driven, and motivated by KPIs and performance goals
  • Proficient in CRM systems, dialers, and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong self-discipline and ability to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Native or fluent English speaker
