Must have experience in contract business operations, preferably with prior team leadership experience and established overseas liaison channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for user growth and acquisition in cryptocurrency and perpetual contract businesses, including acquiring traffic through public channels, nurturing and converting users in private communities, defining and executing product, traffic, content, and user operation strategies, and accountable for improving relevant user metrics.

2. Analyze user characteristics, habits, and experiences to uncover user needs, and leverage community IP to distill high-quality content and growth operation models.

3. Stay informed on industry growth strategies, maintain curiosity about various growth methods, and proactively explore new opportunities and directions.

4. Analyze core user data, map the user journey, integrate on- and off-platform operations and channel resources, and drive the process from user acquisition to monetization through campaign planning and execution.

5. Collect and track operational data in a timely manner to drive operations through data.

Requirements:

1. Strong data analysis skills, familiar with data analysis validation methods, and adept at leveraging operational data to drive product optimization.

2. Familiar with Web3 traffic acquisition channels and community ecosystem growth tactics (KOC, KOL), possess a user operation mindset; experience in exchanges is a plus.

3. Excellent communication skills, responsible, and able to perform under pressure.

4. Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) – not mandatory.
