? Overview:

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead business development and sales operations in the general construction industry. If you have strong experience selling to commercial clients, managing sales teams, and driving project-based deals—this is for you.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business in residential, commercial & industrial sectors

• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals

• Build client relationships with contractors, developers, and architects

• Attend bidding activities and prepare competitive quotations

• Collaborate with project and estimating teams

• Attend industry events and trade shows

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity

• Report on sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasts

? Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related

• 5+ years in construction-related sales

• Knowledge of project cycles, tenders, and construction procurement

• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills

• MS Office knowledge

• Driver’s license & willingness to travel

⭐ Preferred:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC or equivalent)

• Experience with design-build and pre-construction approaches

• Strong network in the local construction market

• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
