Description

Reporting to the Sales Director, this is an exciting opportunity to join PHAR Philippines Inc. as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team to drive business growth across the Makati City Metro Manila region.

What you'll be doing:

-Achieve individual sales targets for assigned media assets, both static and digital solutions.

-Prospect new clients daily based on assigned industry.

-Qualify and meet new clients weekly

-Understand clients' marketing challenges and goals to prepare customized solutions to match their needs compellingly

-Prepare effective proposals by linking the clients' needs with PHAR's offerings via our unique proposition of digital + OOH travel media

-Present proposals, focusing on client's needs and targets.

-Close deals on a monthly basis to achieve annual sales targets

-Constantly build own expertise in travel media and the assigned industry.

-Negotiate and close sales deals, maintains excellent client relationship and continuously builds opportunity pipeline

What we're looking for:

-Bachelor's/College Degree

-Fluent in English and Tagalog

-At least, 2-3-years advertising sales experience

-Must have existing agency contacts

-Strong track record in achieving new business sales targets in a similar capacity

-Great communication skills, able to influence and convince at all levels

-Excellent in preparing, packaging and presenting proposals

-Naturally a data-driven sales person that is able to handle objections clearly and articulately

-Able to present solutions clearly, always keeping the client's needs and goals in mind

-Hungry, solution focused, intelligent, entrepreneurial, proactive and FUN!
