WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Generate and evaluate loan applications aligned with the bank’s lending goals.
• Manage loan approval processes, documentation, and timely disbursements.
• Monitor loan accounts, identify risks early, and implement solutions to maintain portfolio quality.

• 3+ years of banking and sales experience, preferably as a Relationship Manager with an existing loan portfolio.
• Strong loan marketing, negotiation, credit analysis, and risk assessment skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Fernando, Pampanga (Mon–Fri, day shift); rural banking experience is a plus.
• Driver's license is a must.
