Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales team for optimal performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for upper management.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. With people management skills. Willing to do field work and travel on-site to clients’ location.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of sales management experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales strategy, organization, communication, negotiation, presentation, and management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
