Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in sales and marketing management, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or packaging industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and deliver measurable results.
• Knowledge of PET products or packaging industry is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and marketing metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align business objectives.
• Present regular reports on performance to senior management.
