Job Responsibilities:

1. KOL Recruitment and Management: Responsible for identifying, communicating with, and managing KOLs in the Vietnamese market, establishing and maintaining long-term stable partnerships.
2. KOL Collaboration Strategy Development: Customize collaboration proposals based on market demand, identify high-potential KOL resources, and coordinate KOL promotional activities.
3. Market Analysis and Competitive Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, study competitor strategies, uncover potential opportunities, and develop targeted promotion plans.
4. Data Analysis and Optimization: Continuously track KOL campaign performance, evaluate ROI through data analysis, identify issues, and propose optimization measures to enhance promotional efficiency.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure timely response to KOL requirements and drive collaborations toward expected outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; major in marketing or related fields preferred.
• Language Skills: Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of KOL business development experience; background in cryptocurrency or fintech preferred.
• Resource Network: Extensive KOL network and deep understanding of KOL operations.
• Business Negotiation Skills: Proficient in maintaining KOL relationships and conducting business negotiations to foster long-term partnerships.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple KOL collaboration projects simultaneously, ensuring execution and timely delivery.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong data analysis capabilities to optimize KOL strategies and improve conversion rates.
