Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain experience in both sales and operations. You’ll support the sales team with tools, data, and processes while also having the opportunity to engage with clients and contribute to revenue growth.


Sales & Operations Support

  • Assist in managing and updating the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
  • Help create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and trackers.
  • Support lead generation activities through research, calls, and online channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing to track campaigns and follow up on leads.
  • Provide administrative support for sales (e.g., preparing proposals, processing orders, handling contracts).
  • Participate in client presentations and assist in preparing sales materials.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-up and support.


Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and team efficiency.
  • Support implementation of tools and best practices for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements to streamline day-to-day sales operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT or any related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business operations (internships or OJT experience counts).
  • Basic understanding of sales processes or willingness to learn.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn sales tools, data analysis, and CRM systems.
