Sales

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell products or services
• Convert inquiries into sales and upsell/cross-sell where applicable

Customer Interaction

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve objections
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Agent in a BPO setting
• Willing to work on-site night shift/shifting schedule in Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Currently residing in nearby cities or provinces
