Description
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Achieve sales targets while providing exceptional service.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in inventory management and restocking efforts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or sales preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong merchandising abilities, proficiency in inventory management, and effective branding strategies are essential.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment requiring flexibility in hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for fragrances are desirable.
