- Field prospecting Visit areas to identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities.
- Product/service promotion Present and promote products or services tailored to customer needs on-site.
- Client relationship building Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and repeat clients.
- Sales achievement Consistently hit or exceed sales targets through active fieldwork and engagement.
- Reporting and feedback Submit sales updates, field reports, and market feedback to management regularly.
- Experience in sales or marketing Background in field selling or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills Excellent in-person communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented Can work independently in the field while staying focused on targets.
- Adaptability and initiative Comfortable working in various locations and handling different customer situations.
- Physically fit and mobile Willing and able to travel for fieldwork, area saturations, and client visits
