- Contact potential customers via phone, email, or in person
- Present and promote products/services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Meet sales goals and report on performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
Requirements
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree or College graduate
- At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Open to fresh graduates with sales internship experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills
