Description
- Implement effective lead generation strategies to bring in new business
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve selling techniques and product knowledge
- Ensure strict adherence to the Sales Force Program by the internal sales team
- Monitor sales team performance to help drive targets and sales objectives
- Develop and conduct engaging presentations for onsite visits and online presentations
- Complete sales transactions and hit monthly sales goals by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Turn over to machine operator to ensure proper handling and processing
- Provide onboarding of newly onboarded operators and ensure understanding of the sales process
Requirements
- Preferably with experience working as a Product Sales or related field.
- 6-12 months of experience in a similar role in a related retail environment
- Knowledge in retail operations and experience in managing inventory
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
