Sales Representative

Job Description
- Develop and manage institutional sales accounts by targeting, negotiating, and closing deals, ensuring achievement of annual sales targets through agreed strategies.
- Monitor KPIs, track revenues and cash accounts, manage Accounts Receivables, and submit inventory forecasts while coordinating with Marketing and store managers for promotional plans and sell-in programs.
- Negotiate with institutional decision makers and retail merchants, reach out to prospects through cold calling, directories, trade shows, or referrals, and maintain positive customer relationships by resolving complaints and maximizing satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create campaigns, events, and business ideas, prepare detailed proposals, implement event plans, and identify slow/non-moving items for depletion programs.
- Submit regular reports such as activity plans, SWOT/feedback, post-event, expense, and sales analyses, attend management meetings, and maintain updated client records in compliance with company policies and Health & Safety regulations.
