Role Description


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Man Automotive Concessionaires Corporation in Quezon City . This role involves selling concrete equipment to a variety of clients including construction companies, and individual contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive and construction industries and know how to build lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell MACC products (Trucks, Buses , Concrete Equipment)
  • Conduct field visits, prospecting, and lead generation in assigned territories.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Support sales activities such as unit displays, events, and customer demonstrations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative in the following field: concrete, construction or heavy equipment industry.
  • Preferably with a valid driver’s license (manual transmission).
  • Experience in sales preferred, particularly in construction equipment, trucks, buses, or related industries.
  • Willing to undergo intensive training and continuous field coaching.
  • Knowledgeable with CRM systems.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer's needs.
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to be assigned at MAN Truck and Bus Center, EDSA Munoz, Quezon City (on-site)
