We are seeking a results-driven Software Sales Officer to support our client's efforts in promoting and selling architectural and design software solutions. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting product demonstrations, and driving sales within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) or creative industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in software sales, with a strong ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, ensuring that clients receive the right tools to enhance their design processes and business operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
Results-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
Flexible and adaptable in adjusting strategies based on feedback.
Collaborative team player.
Technology proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Hybrid Set up – candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a conducive home office setup for cold calling, virtual meetings, and product demos.
Willing to travel for face-to-face client meetings and demos, as needed.
Comfortable conducting both virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
Must be residing within Metro Manila.
