We're looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate for this role should be an excellent communicator with superior people skills and a commitment to maintaining positive customer relations. We need someone with a strong background in sales accounts or a proven track record in the health and wellness space or campaigns.

Key Duties:

• Engage potential or existing customers through effective, proven scripts to introduce and explain our products or services.
• Serve as a product expert by answering customer inquiries and showcasing the long-term benefits of our offerings.
• Deliver tailored sales pitches, adjusting the approach to meet individual customer needs.
• Understand customer requirements to close sales effectively.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
• Process orders with precision and attention to detail.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain the company's reputation.
• Exceed sales quotas by going the extra mile and setting up future sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and valuable customer insights.

Qualifications:

• At least 3–6 months of experience in outbound sales or a similar role in a sales-driven environment
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, ideally in a phone-based sales setting
• Skilled in hard selling, with a strong track record of high close rates
• Emotionally intelligent, with a natural ability to read and respond to customer behavior
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to guide prospects to a buying decision
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in CRM platforms, phone systems, and other relevant sales tools
• Quick to learn product details and capable of clearly explaining benefits to customers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Background in the medical, health, or wellness industry (academic or professional) is a plus but not required

Salary: $700–$800/month, depending on experience.
